Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and raise Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Track vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare GST-related documentation and coordinate with CA when required.
- Maintain project-wise cost records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of all financial documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in EPC, construction, engineering, or solar industry will be preferred.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting Diploma or equivalent.
