Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal Support Executive should have experience with Advance Excel functions and formulas, CRM/portal, report preparation, client interaction via calls, emails, and online meetings, Solutions to technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and maintaining reports and dashboards on a daily / weekly / monthly basis and updating the Sr. managers and clients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform data analysis to generate reports on project and campaign performance data.
- Update the work progress report in company standard format with quality issues and share it with Sr. managers and clients via mail.
- Handling company projects and campaigns, and providing technical support for the application/ Portal.
- Prepare/update project status reports, update excel reports, and maintain/upload files to clients.
- Providing training, demo or test sessions online and onsite to users on company software and portals.
- Responding to client inquiries and providing technical assistance over the phone and online.
- To ensure service level agreement with clients and take care of client satisfaction. Review, cross-check, and improve client support processes.
- Take action on a daily basis and involve in work related to quality and perform other activities deemed necessary by the Sr. manager.
- Managing the team and company resources as well as enhancing team productivity by motivating them.
Qualification:
Requirements/skills:
- Expertise in excel functions and formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLookup, Pivot Table, index match, countif, sumif, if, text function, substitute, left, right, etc.
- Experience in PowerPoint and Word.
