Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Delivery Management
- Monitor incoming website orders and ensure timely, accurate processing and dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners / 3PLs for pickups, tracking, and on-time delivery
- Track delivery SLAs and follow up on delayed, failed, or RTO (return-to-origin) shipments
- Maintain order-status accuracy across the website/order-management system
- Handle delivery escalations and resolve customer fulfilment issues with relevant teams
- Maintain daily dispatch records and report on key metrics (orders shipped, TAT, RTO rate)
2. Packaging Management
- Supervise a team of 1–5 packaging staff; assign daily tasks and manage shift coverage
- Ensure packaging quality, accuracy, and consistency before dispatch
- Monitor and replenish packaging material inventory; flag shortages in advance
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards on the packaging floor
- Train new packaging staff and address day-to-day performance issues
Cross-functional
- Liaise with customer support, inventory, and procurement teams as needed.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to speed up fulfilment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
