As part of the brand and creative function at 10club, you will be responsible for building engaging content and managing brand communications across online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, FirstCry),and our D2C channels online and offline, for all our product categories - these include kitchen accessories, dining & serveware, home decor, baby and kids, garden & outdoor, home fitness, storage and organisers, home and bed furnishing.
Key Responsibilities:

You will lead the development of creatives and content for product catalogs and marketing creatives working closely with brand, product, procurement, growth and marketing teams to ensure high engagement and consistency in communications across all sales and marketing channels.

Work closely with a team of graphic designers and writers to create engaging visuals and optimise content for all customer touch points- online and offline.

Support creative direction in inspiring communication that is representative of our brand values of quality for the home with products that are useful, durable and beautiful.

Lead and manage product photography, videography with internal and external teams.

Consistently, gather consumer and competition insights to optimise creative communications for a high quality user experience across channels - website, social media, marketplaces.

Plan and execute regular audits and corrections across channels to ensure accuracy of content and adherence to brand and content guidelines.
Role Requirements:

A degree in visual or communications design, creative management or related field.

6+ years of experience in digital design and communications

Excellent visual design skills with high proficiency in Adobe creative suite.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with simplicity and clarity

A keen eye for detail in design and managing creative processes.

An interest in using emerging technologies for creative and content development.

Experience in producing e-commerce creatives for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart.

Experience with a home products company or that with multiple lines of product categories is a plus.
