Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate at Careerpedia, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying Opportunities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
2.Customer Engagement:
- Contact potential customers to introduce and showcase Careerpedia's products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
3.Negotiation:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
4. Sales Activities:
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
5. Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM).
2. At least 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales roles.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
