- Guest Relations: Greet diners, manage seating arrangements, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Proactively gather feedback and handle complaints.
- Team Supervision: Assign stations, conduct pre-shift briefings, and mentor junior waitstaff. Ensure the team follows service standards.
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the bridge between front-of-house and the kitchen to ensure smooth food flow and timing.
- Floor Operations: Inspect the dining area, tableware, and linens for hygiene and cleanliness before opening. Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
