Objective
To establish a structured Learning & Development function that enables capability building across manufacturing (Formulation & API), strengthens leadership pipeline, and initiates a long-term culture of continuous learning—without setting up a full-scale Center of Excellence in Year 1.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Execution
· Execute predefined L&D calendar across functions
· Coordinate internal and external training programs
· Ensure timely rollout of all learning interventions within defined timelines
2. Learning Coverage Plan
· Target: ~300 employees
· Batch Size: ~25 employees per workshop
· Coverage Approach: Phased rollout across functions (Manufacturing, QA, R&D, Corporate)
Training Framework:
3. Internal Workshops
· Behavioral & functional capability programs
· Conducted in batches of 25 employees
· Focus areas: Leadership & people management, quality mindset & compliance culture, cross-functional collaboration, productivity & operational excellence
4. External / Offsite Programs
· Nomination-based programs for high-potential and long-tenured employees
· Partnerships with reputed institutes such as INSEAD, Indian Institute of Management (IIM India network), Indian School of Business (ISB Hyderabad), and ISBM Ahmedabad
· Objective: Leadership exposure, strategic thinking, and industry benchmarking
5. Organizational Development (OD) Component
· Conduct basic gap assessment across departments (capability & behavioral gaps)
· Identify critical interventions aligned to business priorities
· Execute ad hoc OD programs based on emerging needs
6. Performance Measurement & Feedback
· 360-Degree Feedback Mechanism: Conducted post-program or after ~80% annual program completion (Q3)
· Measure: Learning effectiveness, behavioral change indicators, managerial feedback
· Submit quarterly insights to management
7. Governance & Budget Control
· Pre-approved annual L&D budget
· Strict adherence to cost per program, vendor selection, and timeline compliance
· Monthly tracking and quarterly reporting to leadership
Total Experience: 5 to 7 Yrs
Qualification: MBA Preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
