- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing), facilitate joining formalities, and conduct new-hire orientations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and address grievances to foster a supportive environment.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate payroll inputs, track leave and attendance, and process benefits administration.
- Performance & Development: Assist in performance appraisal cycles, track performance metrics, and coordinate employee training and engagement activities. [
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate employee databases, update Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), and handle exit formalities.
Ideal Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of hands-on HR operations or generalist experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, proficiency with HR software, and a strong foundational understanding of employment laws
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
