- Own the interview process—schedule, follow-up, and bring a positive touch to each candidate interaction.
- Roll out the welcome mat with a smooth onboarding process, preparing offers, contracts, and a warm welcome to Martech Simplified!
- Documentation & Compliance Rockstar
- Keep our records sharp, organized, and always up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations with an eagle eye.
- Help us stay ahead with neat, easily accessible databases and files.
- Employee Engagement Guru
- Bring the fun! Help plan and coordinate virtual events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct engagement surveys and gather feedback to fuel our workplace magic.
- Be the go-to for employee queries and contribute to a connected, motivated team.
- HR Extraordinaire
- Assist with drafting job descriptions, updating policies, and supporting HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for HR – You’re pursuing (or have recently completed) studies in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Detail Ninja – Nothing gets past you; you’re organized and meticulous.
- People Person – Communication is your superpower, and you love making connections.
- Discretion – You handle sensitive info with care.
- Tech Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
