Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales of our commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
