The position is accountable for at-least 2 clients fully or partially (with the resources deployed ) . To be able to support the client in delivering the set Action Items on HR Agenda. Shall be responsible for the Action Plan set and defined scope for delivery.

Should be from Manufacturing Sector

Must Handle Onboarding & Offboarding process.
Should be able to frame & Implement the policies in the organization.

Must have experience in Employee Engagement.
