Primary Purpose: Plays a pivotal role in identifying and developing a robust pipeline of leads, suppliers, and partnerships for the construction company. A. Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)
Lead Generation and Business Development:
· Identify and source potential clients, suppliers, and partners within the construction industry.
· Develop strategies to expand the company’s network and enhance market presence.
· Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new projects or partnerships.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
· Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favourable deals.
· Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Sales Pipeline Management:
· Develop and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and potential clients.
· Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing and lead conversion strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
· Identify key influencers and decision-makers in target markets.
· Prepare reports on market insights, sourcing strategies, and sales performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with the sales, procurement, and project management teams to align sourcing efforts with business goals.
· Ensure seamless coordination between sourcing, sales, and operations for project success.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
