We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the job market in India. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. You should be a problem solver, a good listener, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in any field
