Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Location: Huaz Khas, South Delhi
Working Days: Mon to Sat (Alternate Sat Off)
Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and campus hiring drives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines
Eligibility & Requirements:
- 1+ year of full time experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
