Role and Responsibilities
Setup, plan and manage campaigns across Social Media publishers with focus on Facebook, Twitter and any other channel that may be added.
Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
Oversee and continue to improve install volumes, conversion rates as well as to analyze key metrics & provide complete performance reporting with relevant actions on insights gained.
Work with online ad serving technology platforms like Facebook Adverts Manager, Twitter Ads Manager.
Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing.
Work closely with the retention marketing team on planning and execution of audience segments on social media channels.
Develop and Manage relationships media partners, vendors and agencies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Post Graduate, Preferably MBA/marketing major
- Very good communication skills, Earlier exposure to ecommerce marketing, Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results
- Bias toward decision making based on data and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data
- Basic knowledge of database and architecture
Exposure to marketing automation & Analytics tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Segment, Branch etc
Candidates with earlier exposure to marketing functions in ecommerce industry, telecom or Agency will be preferred.
Experience: 3-6 yrs
