Job Summary
Stylam Industries Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Fresher/Apprentice Electricians to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Help in wiring, panel maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist senior electricians in daily maintenance tasks and projects.
- Record maintenance activities and complete basic documentation as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, and control panels.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and diagrams (preferred).
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in shifts, if required.
