We are currently seeking a Neuro Surgeon to join our team in
Key Responsibilities
Surgical Management
o Perform complex cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve surgical procedures
o Surgically treat brain tumors, disc herniations, epilepsy, vascular anomalies, and spinal disorders
o Manage neurosurgical emergencies including hemorrhage, trauma, and acute cord compression
Pre & Post Operative Care
o Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans
o Lead post-operative recovery and ICU management
o Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
o Work closely with neurologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation teams
o Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and tumor boards
o Maintain accurate operative notes, discharge summaries, and follow-up records
Clinical & Academic Excellence
o Stay current with advances in neurosurgical techniques and technology
o Mentor junior doctors and surgical residents where applicable
o Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety, and quality standards
Neurosurgical Technical Expertise
o Proficiency in neuro-navigation, intraoperative monitoring, and microsurgical techniques
o Experience with minimally invasive spine surgery is an advantage
o Competence in managing Neuro ICU and critical neurological conditions
* Analyze imaging and diagnostic reports to formulate pre-surgical plans
* Coordinate with OT teams, anesthesia, and nursing staff for smooth surgical outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
* MS / MCh in Neurosurgery or relevant specialization
* Valid MCI / NMC Registration mandatory
* Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience
* Strong clinical expertise and patient-centric approach
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Commitment to quality healthcare and ethical practice
* Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
