Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and product-focused Product Operations Associate who can support product adoption, manage operational workflows, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution across the platform.
The role requires a strong understanding of both product workflows and user experience. You will work closely with institutions, employers, learners, and internal teams to support onboarding, monitor engagement, improve adoption, track outcomes, and help ensure the platform delivers meaningful results.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling cross-functional coordination, product operations, client communication, and usage tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Execution
- Support day-to-day product operations and platform workflows
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes for institutions and employers
- Ensure smooth execution of product pilots, learning journeys, badges, and credential pathways
- Assist in configuring workflows and usage plans based on client requirements
Product Adoption & Engagement
- Monitor platform usage, engagement, completion rates, and adoption trends
- Identify drop-offs, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Support initiatives to improve learner engagement and client adoption
- Ensure users understand platform workflows, features, and best practices
Client & User Support
- Conduct onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training support
- Manage follow-ups, queries, and operational coordination with clients and users
- Provide support to help institutions, employers, and learners use the platform effectively
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout implementation and adoption stages
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track key operational and engagement metrics across the platform
- Maintain reports, dashboards, feedback records, and operational documentation
- Share product insights, user feedback, and adoption updates with internal teams
- Support data-driven improvements for better platform performance and outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with product, tech, QA, partnerships, and business teams
- Coordinate issue resolution and ensure smooth communication across teams
- Support rollout of new features, workflows, and operational processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement across product operations and user experience

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
