Role: Bricks Media Business Development Executive is Responsible for working with teams across the company to Generate Maximum Business for Company. Your work will have you Generate Business through E-Mail Marketing, Cold Calling, Customer Place Visiting, Presentations, Social Media Marketing and other marketing & Sales Platform.
Responsibility Deliverable:
- 30+ outbound calls daily to SMBs (education, healthcare, real estate, legal)
- Personalised WhatsApp & cold email outreach daily
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Google Maps
- Qualify leads using BANT framework
- Conduct structured discovery calls; identify pain points before pitching
- Categories and manage leads: Hot / Warm / Cold
- Present via Zoom or in-person; handle objections confidently
- Log all activity in CRM daily — zero exceptions
- Maintain active pipeline of ₹9L+
- Daily KPI reports + weekly BD summary every Friday
- Monthly check-ins with existing clients
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities proactively
Requirements:
- 6months - 1 years B2B sales or BD experience (agency preferred)
- Strong English communication — written & verbal
- Hands-on with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & email outreach
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and number-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
