Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role involves managing resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategies that align with the company’s goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
o Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
o Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
o Analyze operational performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership:

• Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
o Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
o Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are upheld.
• Reporting:
o Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
o Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of [5+] years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing processes.
