Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Learning Specialist who is passionate about designing effective learning solutions and facilitating impactful training sessions. This role requires deep expertise in training methodologies and experience in leadership development, along with a focus on facilitating learning programs across different media and environments.
Must-Have Skills (Vertical Expertise):
- Total years of exp is 5 years in which Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a contact center environment.
- 1+ years of professional training experience or leadership in people development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Expertise in creating and delivering eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Word.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia content creation (GoAnimate, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred) or a diploma in ISTD Training and Development.
- Proven ability to manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course administration and report generation.
- Effective presentation, moderation, and public speaking skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Horizontal Abilities):
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to lead training squads and manage learning solution projects.
- Experience in designing multimedia knowledge solutions and creating job aids.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality learning solutions.
- Conduct training needs assessments and provide learning metrics analysis.
- Facilitate professional training sessions on soft skills, product knowledge, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with business needs.
- Lead discovery meetings and manage training projects from inception to evaluation.
