Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive inventory excellence and operational performance across Automotive OEM dealerships. The role involves working closely with dealership teams to optimize spare parts inventory, improve parts availability, reduce excess stock, and enhance aftersales business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Automotive OEM dealerships to improve spare parts and accessories inventory management.
- Analyze inventory data and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and improve availability.
- Reduce non-moving and slow-moving inventory through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with dealership stakeholders, including Parts Managers and Workshop Managers.
- Monitor key inventory and aftersales performance indicators and support dealerships in achieving targets.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for inventory and aftersales operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations based on data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Spare Parts Management, Inventory Management, or Automotive Aftersales.
- Experience working with OEM dealerships or automotive service networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel as required.
