Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network Technical Lead with strong expertise in network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will lead network-related projects and provide technical guidance, ensuring high performance and availability of network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the network infrastructure, ensuring efficient performance and availability.
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers & switches, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls.
- Handle advanced networking technologies, including Infoblox DNS/DHCP, Cisco Secure Client, IPv6, and Cisco ISE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement networking solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and software.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the network team.
- Ensure the network is secure and compliant with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including Cisco routers & switches, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet firewalls, and Cisco wireless technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP, Cisco Secure Client, IPv6, and Cisco ISE.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco/Fortinet certifications (highly preferred).
- PMP or similar project management certification (added advantage).
Additional Information:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Work schedule follows the EU shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
