Junior Laravel Developer

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Laravel Developer to join our growing startup team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving ability, good code understanding skills, and the mindset to brainstorm and build new ideas quickly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel framework
- Understand existing codebases and improve functionality
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm startup ideas and product features
- Debug issues and provide effective technical solutions
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based systems
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participate in UI/UX and feature discussions
- Use AI tools to improve development speed and productivity
Required Skills & Qualification
- Good understanding of MySQL, APIs, and web application architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to understand and work with existing code quickly
- Creative thinking and idea-building capability for startup environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub
- UG or PG from a recognized university or insitution
AI & Modern Development Tools
Candidate should have knowledge or experience in:
- AI Prompting
- Claude
- Cursor
- AI-assisted coding workflows and debugging
Preferred
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Vue.js, or React
- Experience working on SaaS or startup products
- Understanding of server deployment and Linux basics
- Interest in learning new technologies rapidly
