Northern Distributors LLC is a U.S. based leading avian-focused distributor serving independent retailers, avian veterinarians, breeders, and specialty online stores across the U.S. and internationally.
We are hiring an Operations Support Specialist who will work closely with our retailers, vets, and breeders to ensure a smooth and professional ordering experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing friendly, responsive support to customers via email and phone
- Processing orders, adjustments, returns, and credits
- Working with the warehouse to track inventory and ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicating product availability, backorders, and shipping updates
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data in our systems
- Supporting sales activities such as quotes and reorders
The ideal person should have:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills, Ability to learn order management systems quickly
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good intuition and the ability to work independently without constant monitoring
- A go-getter attitude and commitment to helping the company grow
Experience with Amazon Seller Support is a plus.
Experience with Shopify is a plus.

This is a remote, night-shift position (USA EST hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST).
