Job Summary
Vanbros Home Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Billing & Tendering Engineer with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects, particularly wooden furniture, joinery, and custom interior works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity estimation, billing, tender preparation, rate analysis, subcontractor management, and client coordination. Experience in luxury residential villas, high-end residential interiors, or premium fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, and cost calculations for interior fit-out and woodwork projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and detailed rate analysis.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare tender documents, commercial proposals, and bid submissions.
- Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams regarding billing and commercial matters.
- Evaluate and appoint subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Track project variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Maintain billing records, contracts, work orders, and project documentation.
- Support procurement and project execution teams with commercial inputs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Billing & Tendering.
- Strong exposure to wooden furniture, joinery, modular interiors, and custom interior projects.
- Experience in luxury villas, premium residential projects, or high-end interior projects preferred.
- Excellent commercial understanding of interior execution and costing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
