Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:
1. Carry out inspection and reporting of Raw material & finished goods as per frequency.
2. Performing & reporting testing activities as per frequency.
3. Evaluate incoming goods and finished products as per the Roxul-Rockwool control procedures and guidelines/specification.
4. Ensure the product identification and traceability through the application of appropriate label on the finished goods.
5. Preparation & deliver the samples as per external test plan & defined frequency.
6. Preparation of samples for marketing.
7. Reporting the quality key figures, presentation and analysis of the same to the superior.
8. Issues retrievable records for each product manufactured for each customer requirements.
9. Follow the ISO 9001:2015 system requirements/documentation
10. Monitor product quality to prevent unacceptable products.
11. Maintain record of issued labels per product.
12. Participating in third party inspection activity as per superior guideline.
13. Follow the corrective action taken on complaints.
14. Perform other related duties as and when required by management.
15. Participation in safety activity by reporting good catches.
16. Maintain Housekeeping of defined area.
17. Participate in investigation for accident/incident.
18. Give Training as per plan.
19. Participate and maintain 6’S in function.
20. Participate in Mock Drill safety committee and JSA preparation.
21. Reporting of accident incident.
22. Reporting of good catch.
23. Reporting of unsafe act and unsafe working condition.
24. Participate in Safety meeting
25. Performing testing activities as per relevant standard.
Key Responsibilities & Job Content
Customer: -
A. Handling requirements related to customer and MTC / COC management
B. Third part inspection
Certification: -
-Support in Quality Certification of products and system and health certificates like EUCEB, KORONA etc.
Laboratory: -
Take stock everyday of lab consumables
Perform Weekly Test as per plan
Involved their selves in Trial production testing's
