Sr. IT Executive is one who is responsible for IT technical assistance and implementation of SAP & ERP

3. Maintenance of Networks
4. Maintenance of IT Assets
5. Maintenance of SQL Database
6. Maintenance of Office 365
7. Resolving IT issues
Tasks & Activities
Implementation and Maintenance of SAP/ ERP
· Ensuring smooth implementation of the software
· Providing training and assistance to all the users
· Co-ordinating with SAP & ERP Technical team on regular basis
· Raising tickets against issues
· Ensuring appropriate data being fetched from SAP & ERP as per formats
· Issue and maintenance of licenses
Implementation of IT Policies
· Creation and modification of IT policies as and when required
· Effectively implementing all IT policies
Maintenance of Network
· Ensuring smooth flow of networks
· Creation or modification of LAN and WAN as and when required
· Creation and Implementation of Network policies
· Creation and Maintenance of VPN Tunnels
· Creation of users and user groups
· Co-ordinating with vendors as and when needed
· Monthly maintenance of wireless networks
Maintenance of IT Assets
· Procurement of IT Assets
· Maintenance of IT Assets- Issue and handover
· Repairing and upgrading of IT Assets
· Configuration of application
· Coordinating with vendors
Maintenance of SQL Database
Creation of database
· Taking daily backup of database
· Checking health of the database
Maintenance of Office 365
· Creation of user ids and assigning licenses
· Checking for any observatories in domain
· Maintaining of licenses
· Deletion of user ids and revoking of licenses
· Creation of alias after deletion
Resolving IT issues
· Resolving issues related to – One drive, Outlook, Printer and miscellaneous.
· Ensuring smooth working of eSSL biometric
· Weekly synchronization of eSSL data
· Maintenance of Server, Firewall
· Maintenance of EPBX
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
