- Transportation Management: Plan delivery routes, select transport methods (air, sea, road), and coordinate with carriers and drivers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor warehouse stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiate freight rates, establish contracts with suppliers, and evaluate carrier performance.
- Documentation: Manage shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork for international orders.
- Customer Support & Tracking: Track shipments in real-time, resolve delivery delays, and address customer complaints regarding missing or damaged goods.
