We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for our psyllium, spices, and herbs operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with international food safety, regulatory, and certification standards while maintaining consistent product quality for domestic and export markets. The candidate will be responsible for managing audits, certifications, customer quality requirements, supplier approvals, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) including HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO, and Organic standards.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations (EU, USFDA, and other export market requirements).
- Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and approve product specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and technical documentation.
- Manage pesticide residue, microbiological, heavy metal, and contamination control programs.
- Lead and coordinate external audits (BRC, Organic, customer audits, regulatory inspections).
- Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and implement supplier quality assurance programs and conduct supplier audits.
- Ensure proper sampling procedures, traceability systems, and recall readiness.
- Maintain complete documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.
- Train and supervise QA/QC team members and promote a culture of quality and food safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and operational processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
