We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for enterprise business processes.
Key responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360 / Enterprise Clients.

Analyse business requirements and process documentation (PDD/SDD) to translate them into robust, scalable RPA solutions.

Integrate bots with enterprise applications including SAP, Salesforce, ERP systems, web portals, and databases (SQL/Oracle).

Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and bug fixes to ensure bots perform reliably in production environments.

Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots, handle exceptions, alerts, and bot scheduling via Control Room.

Prepare technical documentation including solution design, deployment guides, and maintenance.

Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for automation. estimate effort and ROI for new use cases.
Required skills

Experience automating applications through UI interaction, screen scraping, and Excel/PDF/email processing.

Strong understanding of exception handling, error logging, and reusability frameworks in RPA development.

Working knowledge of at least one scripting language like VBScript for extended automation scenarios.

Familiarity with SQL queries, database connectivity, and file/folder operations within automation workflows.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and bot lifecycle management.

Experience with Cognitive / AI capabilities: IQ Bot for semi-structured document processing, NLP, or OCR integrations.

AA Certified Advanced RPA Professional or Certified Master RPA Professional certification.
