Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, dispensing medications accurately, maintaining inventory, and providing medication-related guidance to patients and healthcare professionals. The role ensures compliance with pharmacy regulations and supports high-quality patient care within the fertility clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor expiry dates and manage the disposal of expired medicines as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.
- Handle procurement and vendor coordination for medicines and pharmacy supplies.
- Assist in preparing pharmacy-related reports and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- 1–3 years of pharmacy experience preferred (experience in fertility, gynecology, or hospital pharmacy is an added advantage).

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispensing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
