Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required Qualification
  • Engineering or Technical Degrees (BE/B.Tech/ ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/ MCA).
  • MBA from reputed university.
  • CSM, PMP or Six Sigma Certifications would be an added advantage.
Required Experience

  • 4+ years working as Project/Program Manager.
  • Handling team of 15-20 members.
  • Handling teams in different geography locations.
  • Experienced in Project Effort Estimation and executing project within effort and schedule.
  • Currently working as hands on Project/Program Manager, executing multiple projects.
  • Excellent understanding of CMMI Level 3 and Agile Processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling and executing internal audits.
  • Experienced in gathering project and process metrics and publishing to Sr. Management.
  • Experienced in interacting with clients and prospects.
  • Readiness to travel whenever required.
Desirable Skills

4-5 years of experience in handling Java projects.

Technically hands-on on Java, J2EE, Web Services, Application Server Configuration, Deployment Architecture.

SQL knowledge and experience with one of the leading Databases like PostGRE, Oracle, SQL Server
