Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage employee IT support tickets, administer Microsoft 365 environments, support network and security infrastructure, and assist with compliance initiatives. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and a working understanding of network and endpoint security.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee IT support tickets, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user and access management through Entra ID, device management via Intune, and endpoint protection using Microsoft Defender.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall configurations, with hands-on experience in Sophos Firewall and Sophos Central.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring adherence to IT and security best practices.
- Support implementation and maintenance of IT security policies, access controls, and endpoint compliance.
- Assist with SOC 2 compliance initiatives, including policy implementation, access reviews, and audit support (preferred).
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and firewall management, preferably with Sophos products.
- Basic understanding of network and endpoint security concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting SOC 2 certification or similar compliance frameworks.
- Relevant IT, networking, or security certifications.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
