Job Description:
EduSolve Learn is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist Intern to join our team. This 3-month online internship is designed for Psychology graduates and postgraduates who are passionate about mental health, student well-being, and counseling. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in student support, counseling assistance, and psychological guidance within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Student Counseling: Conduct online counseling and guidance sessions to support students with academic, emotional, and personal concerns.
* Mental Health Support: Help students develop coping strategies, stress management techniques, and emotional resilience.
* Assessment & Observation: Assist in identifying student concerns and recommending appropriate support strategies.
* Webinar & Awareness Programs: Conduct and support online sessions on mental health, emotional well-being, motivation, and personal development.
* Parent & Student Communication: Interact with students and parents when required to provide guidance and support.
* Documentation: Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, student feedback, and progress reports.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with academic teams to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
Requirements :
* Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
* Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Strong communication, empathy, active listening, interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in helping students.
* Technical Requirements: Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
* Professional Ethics: Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practices.
