JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Support Executive (Mid-Level)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a qualified and Mid-Level Customer Support Executive who is interested in working with a mobile app company on both the iOS and Android platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities as a Mid-Level Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our cloud-based technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer support strategies and processes, focusing on both mobile and web-based applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Create customer delight in every call/chat that comes into the system
- Making outbound sales calls
- Obtain all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
- Maintain customer database
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years of work relevant experienced
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients.
- Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor i.e. Self-starter, Problem- solver.
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Energetic self-motivation
