Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the enrollment process. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on available courses and career options
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up data
- Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
- Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic and sales teams
- Participate in promotional and outreach activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM is a plus)
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
