Job Description:
- Remotely connect to servers, applications to troubleshoot faults or handle incidents
- Infrastructure surveillance in rotational shift '
- Work on continuous automation using Python, Shell Scripts and AWS CLI /API
- Troubleshoot every case/event/incident and check the opportunity to restore the service or give an acceptable workaround in order to meet the business needs
- If the incident or ticket cannot be solved immediately, follow the escalation process described in SOP
- Read knowledgebase articles or vendor documentation to be up to date on the current technologies used within the infrastructure.
- Ensure the timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job or update the knowledge base
- Work in shifts 24x7 in rotational shifts
- Be a good team player and handle the pressure of 24x7 operations job
Eligibility:
- B.Tech/BE graduates in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT)
- 2025 and 2026 pass-out
- Minimum of 60% throughout their academic career
- AWS certification is a valuable addition
Additional Information:
- 1.6-year agreement is required, which includes 4-6 months of classroom training provided by the company.
Pay: Up to ₹325,000.00 per year
