Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, client communication, or software testing. Candidates with a manual testing background will be given preference.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients and the development team, tracking project progress, gathering requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting software testing activities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and updates.
* Act as a communication bridge between customers and the internal IT team.
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
* Follow up with developers, designers, and testers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Assist in requirement gathering and documentation.
* Perform basic software testing and report bugs when required.
* Track issues and ensure proper resolution before project delivery.
* Participate in client meetings and provide project updates.
* Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills:-
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle..
* Experience in client handling and team coordination.
* Knowledge of manual testing and bug reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:-
* Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.
* 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, software testing, or IT operations.
* Experience working with software development teams.
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
