Role Overview: We’re looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on achieving performance targets by reaching out to potential leads, scheduling course demos, and converting those demos into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Contact potential customers via phone and email to introduce our courses and identify their needs.
- Schedule Demos: Arrange product demonstrations to showcase our various courses and learning solutions.
- Achieve Targets: Convert demo participants into course enrollments by effectively addressing their needs and following up.
- Track Performance: Maintain and report on lead interactions, demo outcomes, and enrollment progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of meeting targets. Experience in edtech or related fields is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Tech: Familiar with CRM systems and remote work tools. Ability to manage virtual demos effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
