Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer with extensive experience in delivering training on various business tools, with a primary focus on Salesforce (SFDC), Seismic, and other related platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience conducting technical training for end-users, administrators, and power users, with an emphasis on driving tool adoption and maximizing efficiency. Certifications from renowned organizations on Salesforce are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Technical Training: Develop, organize, and deliver effective training programs for internal teams and end-users on tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Seismic, and other business enablement platforms.
- Conduct instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and virtual training sessions, tailored to the audience's technical proficiency.
- Design training materials, including presentations, user guides, quick reference sheets, and video tutorials to support the learning process.
- Tool Adoption & Best Practices: Ensure that learners gain practical knowledge of tools, maximizing their use within business processes.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent tool adoption and alignment with best practices.
- Stay up to date with new tool updates, releases, and features to ensure the training content is relevant and up to date.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to understand specific business requirements and create customized training that aligns with these objectives.
- Design role-specific training for end-users, team leaders, and system administrators on key tool functionalities.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations post-training to measure effectiveness and knowledge retention.
- Recommend certification programs and support learners through the certification process for tools like Salesforce.
- Work closely with product teams, sales enablement, and IT departments to gather insights on training needs and tool performance.
- Actively seek feedback from trainees to continually refine and improve training programs.
- Assist in the onboarding of new tools, including preparing training materials and running pilot sessions to familiarize teams with new technologies.
- Provide ongoing post-training support to resolve user issues and answer questions about tool usage.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience as a Technical Trainer or in a related role, focusing on tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and Seismic.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and best practices for implementation and usage. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Instructor, Salesforce Administrator, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Seismic Experience: Proven experience training users on Seismic, understanding its content management, sales enablement functionalities, and reporting tools.
- Training Development: Experience designing technical training programs, including creating manuals, presentations, and eLearning modules.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Seismic).
- Ability to work with other relevant business tools and platforms.
- Instructional Design: Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Experience in designing assessments and evaluations to gauge learner performance and training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Instructor
- Familiarity with other business tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools) is a plus.
- Experience with LMS or training content management systems.
