Job Summary:
The Project HR will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective HR support, manage employee relations, oversee recruitment and staffing, and implement HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Partner with project leaders to understand project staffing needs and develop HR strategies accordingly.
- Align HR strategies with project goals to support overall project success.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and procedures.
- Keep project teams informed and updated on relevant labor laws and regulatory changes.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and team leaders on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote effective communication within project teams.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring of project staff.
- Develop and implement effective staffing plans to meet project demands.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance project team capabilities.
- Identify and address skill gaps within project teams through targeted training programs.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs across project teams.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
HR Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices relevant to project management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR practices based on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
