Job Responsibilities – Technical Manager (Solar Division)
- Lead and manage technical operations for solar projects, including planning, execution, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support to sales, business development, and project teams for solar solutions.
- Design and review solar PV system layouts, capacity calculations, and technical specifications.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for new projects.
- Monitor project timelines, technical deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Support tendering activities by preparing technical documentation and BOQs.
- Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and installation records.
- Train and guide technical teams, site engineers, and technicians.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in solar projects.
- Stay updated on new solar technologies, market trends, and industry standards.
- Handle post-installation support, maintenance planning, and client technical queries.
