Business Development & Enterprise Sales
* Identify and develop new hospital and healthcare accounts in Bangalore and Hyderabad regions
* Generate and manage enterprise healthcare sales pipeline
* Conduct product demos, presentations, and AI workflow discussions
* Engage with doctors, administrators, and hospital leadership teams
* Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles

* Manage strategic hospital accounts post-sales
* Build long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders
* Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams
* Ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
* Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
* 5–8 years of experience in healthcare sales/account management
* Experience selling SaaS, HIS, EMR, healthcare IT, or hospital technology solutions
* Strong ability to interact with doctors and hospital leadership
* Understanding of OPD, IPD, and ICU workflows
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong relationship-building and account management capability
