Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and compare items to work orders or invoices to verify accuracy.
- Properly store and organize materials and products in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards and procedures.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or damages to management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role is preferred.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
Working Conditions:
