Job Description:-
Responsibilities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, tax, legal, accounting, product strategy, and fund administration teams on client onboarding, side letter negotiations, fund launches, and co-invest activities
* Serve as a primary contact for U.S. domiciled broker-dealers, supporting home offices and financial advisors with inquiries and delivering ad hoc and quarterly reporting to operations centers
* Oversee the investor email inquiry queue, managing escalations and responding to daily investor and internal information requests
* Assist with review and quality control of all outgoing investor correspondence
* Oversee investor cash flow reporting in support of portfolio management teams
* Maintain and coordinate fund document repositories, including PPMs, LPAs, and subscription agreements. working in traditional asset servicing is not going to give them familiarity with these agreements/documentation
- They would need to have familiarity with reading and understand the "deal documentation" These would include Limited Partnership agreements, side letters, offering documents.

* Deliver accurate and timely work products in coordination with team members
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
* Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency
* Continuously develop functional expertise and apply new techniques to the role
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of private equity or hedge fund mechanics, including fund lifecycle functions
* Experience managing high-volume investor inquiries, onboarding, and operational issue resolution
* Background in private funds focused on real estate and special situations required; global macro experience highly desirable

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
