Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B/B2C clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Sales Funnel Management: Assist in converting leads into customers and maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline.
- Client Meetings: Participate in sales pitches and provide product/service demonstrations.
Digital Marketing
- Content Creation: Draft engaging copy for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and blogs.
- Campaign Management: Assist in setting up and monitoring SEO/SEM and Meta Ads.
- Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize strategy.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for persuasion and storytelling.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Mindset: High energy, goal-oriented, and a quick learner of digital trends.
Qualifications
- Completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
