Role title: SAP RMCA
Role purpose:
The ERP FICA Analyst & Solution is responsible for assessing customer business requirements and providing the solution design in the area that supports ERP FICA business processes. Collaborating with Receivable stakeholders he/she will be involved in analyzing business requirements, developing high level feasibility analysis, detailed design and participating in functional testing to validate the solution/programs developed by offshored ABAP developers. In collaboration with senior designers and developers he/she will be asked to provide effort estimation and plan to delivery.
Knowledge of the main Receivable processes in Telco Market and tools (SAP RMCA) is essential to manage properly the assigned tasks, complemented by rock solid technical skills and experience in SAP.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
· Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
· Assess customer business requirements
· Enhancement management: analyse application improvements/changes, write general as well as detailed functional specifications, perform functional tests & business support for UAT, document and train on procedures for finance stakeholders.
· Coordinate and interact with project team during analysis and implementation of functional enhancements as well as resolution of defects during testing
· Manage the assigned project to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timeline and budget

· Insightful understanding of business Finance processes in Telco Market, analysing requirements, finalizing the business scenario, implementing feasibility and detailed functional design, performing functional testing, training end-users and support experience.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to influence to challenge stakeholders to ensure the right requirements, and customer experience aspirations.
· Able to structure and articulate complex and ambiguous issues in a clear and straightforward way, identifying potential conflicts and managing different stakeholder perspectives to make the right decisions.
· Able to initiate, think ahead, plan and anticipate risks. Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
· SAP FICA expert
· Account Receivable and Payable knowledge
· Strong understanding of software design and development. Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed.
· Experience in Billing and invoicing
· Good understanding of RMCA/FICA business processes flow (Payment Lot, Return Lot, Direct debit Payment Runs, Dunning, Collection agency, Security deposits)
· Understanding of ALE IDOCs.
· Good understanding in RFC APIs and REST APIs.
· Good understanding in Master Data and related CRM integration
Minimum of 8--12 years designing and configuring RMCA modules
Desired:
· Preferred: SAP certification
· Knowledge of supporting processes like release management and change management.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Education level equivalent to a master’s degree in business administration or economics.
· 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP FICA/RMCA
· Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues
· Experience with system integration (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Security, Deployment, Operations)
· Proven ability to implement large scale, complex system solutions for multi-functional, multi-national organizations
· Extensive experience in delivering projects in an international environment
· SAP and S4HANA experience

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per month
