Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at D4H Wellness, you will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Solution Selling: Present our products/services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and client interactions using CRM tools, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/ Certificate in any, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in Health care is a plus.
