- Staff Leadership & DevelopmentTeam Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor receptionists, night auditors, and concierge staff.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to maintain service excellence.
- Guest Relations & Service
- First Impressions: Ensure the reception area is welcoming, professional, and properly stocked.
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalated guest complaints and special requests, ensuring fast and courteous resolutions.
